Mesabi East Archery

Mesabi East Archery teaches kids in 4th-12th grade at Mesabi East Hight School. We have had the archery program for about since the 2011-2012 school year. The program started with about 6 kids and has grown since. In 2023-2024 school year we had around 75 archery shooting with us. Mesabi East Archery shoots in NASP (National In the Schools Program) with region 2. Region 2 contains schools from Mountain Iron/Buhl, Assumption, Cook, Grand Rapids, Greenway, Hill City, Cook, Ely and several other schools. We have had several individuals qualify for nationals over the years and also sent a couple of teams. Mesabi East Archery shoots Bullseye & 3D targets.
